Dutch Agri Expert Paul Geleen has completed a 2-week training of Toolkit Demo Farm youth stars. These are youth graduates practicing renegerative farming. They run the farm’s animal and crop production, apiary, and tree nursery with over 100 varieties of fruitrees, exotic and indigenous trees.
Paul covered; training methodology for extension officer, the advisory process, marketing skills, qualities of good extension officer, soil health management, importance of getting feedback after training, communication and presentation skills.
