KAM through its Manufacturing Priority Agenda 2019, propagates for the development and implementation of industry-led skills policies – Phyllis Wakiaga KAM CEO

Toolkit iSkills is a member of KAM. The agenda for this year’s KAM sundowner event was to promote Competency-Based Education and Training.  There was a good attendance of training institutes, industry players, Government officials and private sector in general.

The innovative approach of TTI brings together vulnerable youth, regulators who certify the acquired skills and industry players that grant work experience opportunities to skilled youth. Toolkit’s trained and certified artisans in scaffolding, painting, electrical engineering and plumbing are deployed in various companies and industries for internship/employment.
